Stewie has a football-shaped head that was caused by jumping on the bed, resulting in him hitting the ceiling and smashing the soft spot.
He wears a yellow sweater with red overalls and shiny gold buttons.

Despite being a one-year-old infant, Stewie is a violent, eccentric, and flamboyant baby prodigy.

Stewie is best friends with Brian and has on occasion partaken in sexual escapades with him and other characters. Tipper name ‘Anon’ was notorious during Jillian's character drop to tip Stewie and Jillian having gross intercourse, which lead to users begging for it to cease, alongside with staff members getting tired of the increasingly sexual topics Anon was putting Stewie through.
